There will be open community forums in Arma, Arcadia, and Mulberry in the month of October to give community members a chance to visit with board president, Bryan Hoffman and myself as we share school district information and collect your responses. Please see the attachment for location, dates, and times. Please call the central office at 620-347-4116 or email rstreeter@usd246.org if you have any questions--thank you!

Our Northeast 7th and 8th graders were a great audience as I presented our upcoming district Strategic Plan with them. I was able to share why we are doing it and how they can provide a voice to help ensure the best future for our schools. A special thanks to Mr. Hattabaugh, Mrs. Parsons, and Mrs. Martin for helping organize a time to visit with each grade and providing a follow-up discussion and survey with the students! GO VIKINGS!
