The Northeast High School Baseball Team will play at Southeast on Friday, March 14th for a baseball jamboree. The Vikings will play at approximately 3:00 pm.
The Northeast High School Softball Team will play at St. Paul on Thursday, March 13th for a softball jamboree. The Lady Vikings will begin play at 2:00 pm.
Think Fast interactive presented to the high school about the importance of safe driving. The winner of the game show received a $100 Amazon gift card.
USD#246 was notified by Arma PD and county authorities that we were to go into a soft lockdown at all schools. This stemmed from a report at a Pittsburg school earlier today. Our students and staff were in no immediate danger, but precautions were being taken. The soft lock down has been lifted, but we will have police presence at the buildings until dismissal today. Thank you

Congrats to our 8th grade Teacher voted student of the month Madelyn Swezey. Madelyn's favorite subject in school is PE. Her future plans are to go to college and become a vet. Way to go!!!

Starting on March 25th the high school is trialing an addition to our cell phone policy. Any student on the D and F list ran on Tuesday's at 11:00 will have to check their phone in at the office to start the school day all week. If a student refuses to check in their phone or is dishonest about having one it will result in Suspension. This is an effort to limit the distractions for students with missing work or needing to focus on school work.
TO: Arma & Franklin parents/students--please come and enjoy a FREE taco bar meal and attend our next board meeting at Northeast High School on Monday, March 10th. Meal is at 5:00pm and BOE meeting starts at 6:00pm. Details are on the flyer attached. Thank you!
